Cologne, Germany - POLYVANTIS is proud to present its latest advancements in high-performance protective film and sheet for the furniture industry. Building on its successful portfolio of polymethylmethacrylate (PMMA) and polycarbonate (PC) film and sheet, POLYVANTIS will spotlight highly durable PLEXIGLAS® and EUROPLEX® HC PMMA films, robust and abrasion-resistant LEXAN™ MARGARD™ MRX1 PC sheet, and sustainable PLEXIGLAS® proTerra PMMA sheet.

PLEXIGLAS® and EUROPLEX® HC Films: Reliable Protection for Demanding High-Pressure Laminations (HPL) Applications
PLEXIGLAS® and EUROPLEX® HC PMMA films are specially developed for high-performance interior and exterior HPL applications, offering long-term UV and weathering resistance. EUROPLEX® HC films, with their co-extruded PVDF top layer, provide excellent chemical resistance, anti-soiling properties, and easy cleaning—even graffiti can be removed without leaving a trace. Applied directly during HPL production, these films form a chemical bond with melamine decor paper, eliminating delamination risks. The films’ durability is proven in accelerated weathering tests as EUROPLEX® HC films on HPL panels perform outstandingly in weather-resistance for over 15,000 hours.
LEXAN™ MARGARD™ MRX1 – One-Side Hard Coated Polycarbonate for Flat Applications
LEXAN™ MARGARD™ MRX1, a one-side hard coated polycarbonate sheet engineered for flat applications requiring optical clarity, chemical resistance, and impact durability. Through its proprietary coating technology, LEXAN™ MARGARD™ MRX1 excellent abrasion resistance on the coated side, this sheet is ideally suited for wall protection and decorative paneling —anywhere surfaces must withstand repeated impact and cleaning without degrading. The MRX1 sheet offers outstanding dimensional stability and is perfect for designs exposed on a single side.
