Application Process

• How do I apply for a job at POLYVANTIS?

  You can find all vacancies at POLYVANTIS in our career portal. If you wish to apply, the process is very simple: Create a user account in the portal, upload your documents and enter the reference number* of the position you would like to apply for.

• Can I submit an unsolicited application?

  Unsolicited applications are currently not possible, but you can create a user account in our career portal and activate automatic notifications. You will then be informed as soon as new vacancies are posted online.

• What documents are required?

  Please upload your current résumé/CV and all relevant certificates. Certain additional qualifications are required to fill some posts. In such cases, please add the appropriate certificates. In addition, we look forward to receiving a cover letter that provides background information on your qualifications and your motivations for applying.

• What do I need to take into account when uploading documents to my applicant profile?

  Unfortunately, documents that contain macros in Excel or fillable PDF files are not allowed. If you are unable to upload your document, it is recommended to save or print it as a PDF. After that, you can easily upload the documents to your applicant profile.

• Can I apply for more than one job at the same time?

  If you are interested in several vacancies at POLYVANTIS, you can also apply for them via your user account. Please make sure that you upload the required documents for each position.

• When will I receive feedback on my application?

  As soon as we have received your application, you will be given confirmation of receipt by email. We will then check your documents and get in touch with you as soon as possible. You can check the status of your application at any time via your user account.

• What can I expect during the application process?

  If your application convinces us, we will invite you to an interview with the manager. In the next step, our HR department will invite you to a personal interview to get to know you better. If we are a good match, you will then receive an offer from us. If you accept this, we will obtain the approval of our works council and you will be invited to a company medical examination. We will then discuss the details of the offer and contract with you. If everything fits for you and us, the signing of the contract will follow.

• What are the most important selection criteria for applicants?

  We do not only focus on certificates, professional qualifications and previous experience, but also on the development potential we see in an applicant. While you may not meet all the criteria in the job posting, there’s nothing you can’t learn!
